Santa is coming—and we are going to have sew much fun creating this beautiful embroidered Advent Calendar! Join Connie for this special two-part class where you’ll combine machine embroidery and sewing to create a Christmas keepsake your family can enjoy year after year.During Class 1 on November 4, we will focus on the embroidery portion of the project. You’ll complete the main Santa panel and one numbered pocket panel during class. Your homework before the second session will be to embroider the remaining four numbered panels.
During Class 2 on November 11, we’ll bring everything together! Connie will guide you through constructing the Advent Calendar, assembling the panels, and finishing your project with binding.
One of the best parts of this project is that you can truly make it your own! Personalize your calendar with your family name or wording of your choice and choose scraps from your stash to give Santa, his reindeer, snowmen, and all of the little details your own special look. The pattern will be available in versions for both 6" x 10" and 9" x 14" embroidery hoops.
