AN OPEN INVITATION | SANGABO 2026Some journeys are spoken. Some are painted.
With great pleasure, we invite you all to Sangabo 2026 — an Art Exhibition celebrating the life, art and remarkable journey of Nihal Sangabo Dias.
For over five decades, Sangabo has expressed himself through the language of colour, telling stories that words cannot always convey. This exhibition is an invitation to step into his world, discover the stories behind his paintings, and celebrate a lifetime devoted to art, family and perseverance.
Whether you are an art enthusiast, a friend, or someone discovering his work for the first time, you are warmly invited to join us.
📅 14–15 November 2026
📍 Harold Peiris Art Gallery, Lionel Wendt Theatre, Colombo
Come experience the paintings, share in the stories, and celebrate a journey fifty years in the making.
Admission is open to all. We look forward to welcoming you! ❤️
