“Can you do any better on the price?”Seven words that can make even an experienced salesperson uncomfortable.
The customer asks a perfectly reasonable question.
The salesperson hears a threat to the sale.
And suddenly, the price starts dropping.
But here's something worth considering.
What happens to your credibility when you're willing to immediately lower the price you just presented?
What does that tell your customer about the integrity of your original recommendation?
And what if the customer wasn't actually asking for a discount in the first place?
Discounting should be a deliberate business decision, never an emotional reaction to resistance.
That's the conversation we're bringing to the next Sands Success Series.
THE DISCOUNT DILEMMA
We'll explore the psychology of price negotiations, the hidden cost of concessions, and how to negotiate value without sacrificing trust.
And most importantly, we'll discuss practical strategies you can put to work the very next morning.
Tuesday, November 3rd
Arizona Sands Club
6 - 7 p.m.
Because the objective isn't simply to protect your price.
It's to protect the integrity of the decision.
Performance doesn't come from pressure. It comes from certainty.
