About this Event
Sanctuary Meditation is an introductory, experiential class where you’ll learn a meditation technique to access your own inner sanctuary and deepen your connection with your Higher Self.
Through guided meditation, you’ll learn a step-by-step process you can continue practicing at home. This practice offers a way to develop your relationship with your Higher Self, connect with your inner wisdom, and make space for guidance in everyday life.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your existing practice, everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
Continue exploring your inner awareness with Spiritual Intuition, offered the same day 10am-12pm, back-to-back with this class. Join either class or attend both. Please register separately for each.
