Take a pause from the busyness of life and give yourself permission to slow down, breathe, and simply be.
This gentle sound healing experience is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, stillness, or simply a quiet moment to unwind, this space is here for you.
Our intention for the evening is:
? To honour ourselves with kindness and compassion.
? To embrace stillness and quiet.
? To gently release tension from the body and mind.
No experience is needed—just come as you are.
? This is my opening event, so attendance is by donation. Your presence is the greatest gift, and any contribution will help support future gatherings.
Please bring:
• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• A pillow and blanket for warmth
• Water
• Anything else that helps you feel relaxed and comfortable
