We believe healing should be accessible, connection should be nurtured, and everyone deserves a space to simply pause, breathe, and be.
Once a month, we open the doors of our Sanctuary Studio and invite our community to join us for a complimentary experience designed to nourish the body, mind + soul.
Each gathering will be a little different.
From Sound Healing, Breathwork, Yoga, to seasonal and creative offerings, each month will bring a new invitation to explore or simply experience something new.
