About Balboa Park
The history of Balboa Park includes the 1915 Panama- California and the 1935 California Pacific International Expositions.
Artistic inspiration abounds with Spanish Colonial Architecture and the wide ambling El Prado walkway. The entire park has beautiful landscape and specimen trees.
We will be centered around the Lily Pond and are around the recently renovated Botanical Garden building. However you are free to explore.

Date & Time: Wednesday May 20 – 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: Balboa Park, 1550 El Prado, San Diego, California 92101
We will meet by the Lily Pond at 9:00 am on El Prado walkway adjacent to the Timken Museum of Art. We will disperse to paint shortly after.
