Some patterns, beliefs, and stories can travel through generations. Samhain offers us an opportunity to pause, remember those who came before us, and reflect on what we want to honour — and what we are ready to leave behind.
Join me for an intimate in-person Samhain gathering in Nanaimo centred around ancestral connection, reflection, ritual, and release.
Samhain marks a turning point in the seasonal cycle, traditionally associated with honouring the dead and remembering our ancestors. During this evening, we’ll create sacred space together and explore our connection to our ancestral lineages through meditation, journaling, and ceremony.
During our evening together:
🍂 Ancestral Reflection & Journaling
Guided prompts will invite you to explore your roots, the strengths and wisdom you have inherited, and the patterns you may no longer wish to carry forward.
🌑 Guided Ancestral Meditation
Journey inward through a guided meditation designed to invite connection with your ancestors, ancestral wisdom, and your own intuition.
🧶 Ancestral Cord-Cutting Ritual
We’ll move into a symbolic cord-cutting ceremony focused on acknowledging and releasing inherited patterns, stories, and burdens that you are ready to let go of.
🕯️ Sacred Ceremony & Connection
We’ll honour those who came before us and close our evening with intention, reflection, and space to integrate the experience.
When the veil grows thin, we remember.
This gathering is an invitation to honour your past without feeling that you must carry all of it into your future.
Come as you are. No previous experience with meditation, ritual, or shamanic practice is necessary.
