An in-person sacred guided sound journey for adults seeking spirituality and/or a dynamic musical meditation experience.
Samhain ~ A Sacred Threshold~ An Original Sound Journey
Celebrate the Gaelic tradition of Samhain, marking the transition from autumn into winter—the threshold between what has been and what is becoming. This is a time for reflection, honoring those who came before us, and gently letting go of what has completed its purpose.
Tracy Waugh of I AM 528 Productions and Jennifer Ruzicka of Alchymie Music create space to pause, reflect, and listen within through a dynamic sound journey of ethereal vocals, guided meditation, crystal bowl sound healing, and grounding Native rhythms.
Participants are guided to write what they are ready to release and burn it in symbolic fire, call in ancestors to be present, celebrated, and thanked, recieve sound healing, and invision new sparks of creativity to emerge and guide them into their next chapter of life.
Bring a yoga mat and pillow. Warm mulled cider and tea will be shared as we welcome the changing season. ☕︎
