Blissful Release is an experience for you to take a moment to breathe and rest on a deeper level. Letting go of the business of summer, I’ll guide you through a restorative yoga practice, nidra and a sound bath 🫧

A moment of self care, but also time to meet like minded people in the space 💭

You will need:

~ a mug for a cuppa ☕️

~ a yoga mat and/or a blanket

~ a willingness to relax

No previous experience necessary, this is open to all levels.
