For the past three years I’ve been sharing my Vagus Nerve Reset Retreats, and they’ve become incredibly popular, consistently selling out. I wanted to create a more accessible evening experience so that more people can benefit from this powerful work.
Join me for a special Samhain evening designed to help you release stress and anxiety, calm your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and peaceful from within.

6:45 pm Vagus Nerve reset breath work and techniques to calm your nervous system and help you to deep relax into bliss and peace
7:15 pm Sound healing with seven chakra crystal singing bowls and symphonic gong
8:45 pm Vegan cake treats and chai tea
9:00 pm Evening ends
