As we approach Samhain, Gaelic for “summer’s end,” tradition holds that the veil between the living and those who have crossed over grows thin. It is a time to honor the final harvest of the year, remember our loved ones and ancestors, and acknowledge the turning of the seasons toward the darker months.During this special Samhain Sound Bath, we’ll begin with a guided meditation to honor those who came before us and open ourselves to any wisdom, memories, or messages that may arise. We’ll reflect on the harvest of our own lives, giving thanks for what has grown while gently letting go of what is complete.
Then, surrounded by the resonant tones of singing bowls, you’ll be invited to rest in the quiet mystery of this ancient turning point. Samhain reminds us that endings and beginnings are forever intertwined, and that even as the natural world grows still, something new is quietly waiting beneath the surface.
