We will begin this evening with a short tea ceremony as we welcome in our ancestors during this potent time of Samhain (Halloween). We will prepare for our sound bath with breath and intention setting as we seek to connect more deeply with the ones that have come before us.
Our sound healing journey will be herb-infused as we explore herbal energetics and aroma therapy. An herb will be chosen and we will discuss its themes, energy, and healing properties. These elements will be a part of our breathwork as we set intentions before we lay down for our sound healing experience.
Allie will then guide you through a vibrational journey with gong, crystal singing bowls, vocals, tuning forks, chimes, and more.
Our journey will end with the opportunity for reflection through journaling.
Bring with you:
- yoga mat
- blanket
- pillow
- journal
- eye covering (optional)
** We have extra items on hand if you need, too!
***We will also happily accomodate you if you prefer to sit in a chair as opposed to laying down. <3
