As the wheel of the year turns towards Samhain, Join me for a deeply restorative sound bath and tea blending workshop to honor the season of transformation, remembrance, and renewal, and to create a special blend of herbs that will support us through this season.Samhain marks the threshold between Autumn and Winter. A sacred time to reflect on what has passed, release what no longer serves you, and create space for new intentions.
🧘 Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, tongue drums, chimes, and other healing instruments, you'll be guided into a meditative state where the body can rest, the mind can quiet, and the spirit can reconnect with its inner wisdom.
☕ Following the sound bath, we’ll gather to choose from an assortment of magical and medicinal herbs to create a take-home herbal tea blend that supports you in whatever way you need throughout the season. Each bag will brew about 10–15 cups. Guests are encouraged to decorate their bags and name their blend with intention.
🥮 Freshly brewed, Reiki infused herbal tea and soul cakes (dessert) will be provided for enjoyment before and after the sound bath.

Whether you're familiar with Samhain traditions, or simply seeking a peaceful morning of relaxation, reflection, and healing, this gathering welcomes ALL.
✨Prepare to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you lay comfortably during the session. Dress in warm, comfortable clothes, and consider bringing a journal for any feelings or insights that arise after the session.
