Join us for a gentle seasonal reset designed to help you pause, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with yourself as you enter the darker months of the year. As part of our Holistic Wellness Services, these sessions offer guided reflection, meditation, grounding, and intension-setting, as well as a calming space to clear emotional clutter and create a renewed sense of direction for the season ahead.
Session are 1:1. Group bookings available for up to 3 participants at a time.
Sessions last 60 mins and are available from 9am-6pm.

We’ll be hosting these sessions at our new Rossendale Valley treatment rooms which are a perfect warm and welcoming space to slow down and embrace the season ahead.
