https://bookwhen.com/aimeehillyoga/e/ev-sk2r5-20261031100000🖤 As the wheel of the year turns once more, join me for a deeply nourishing day of yoga, rest and seasonal ritual as we welcome Samhain - the ancient Celtic festival marking the end of harvest and the beginning of winter.
🕯️ Samhain is a time where the veil between the land of living and the land of the dead is at it's thinnest. It's therefore a time to honour all that has been, gently release what no longer serves us, and create space for the quieter, more introspective months ahead.
🌿 Surrounded by nature, the beautiful Resurgence & Ecologist Centre in Hartland will be our sanctuary for the day. We'll spend time slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and embracing the wisdom of the season.
Our time together will include:
✨ A grounding yoga flow inspired by the energy of Samhain and the Dark Goddess.
✨ Guided reflection and journalling.
✨ A simple fire ritual, releasing old stories, habits or worries into the flames.
✨ A delicious, nourishing homemade lunch.
✨ Chai and homemade energy balls.
✨ Deeply restful yin yoga.
✨ A soothing crystal bowl relaxation.
✨ A thoughtfully curated seasonal goodie bag to take home.
🖤 This mini-retreat will be your opportunity to pause, reflect and step into the darker season with intention.
🕯️4.5 hours to immerse yourself in a space where you will be held, nurtured and deeply restored.
