As summer dwindles and the year turns towards the dark, we gather at the threshold of winter for one night of festivities.About this Event
Join us at Distant Hills Brewery for a special evening of storytelling, poetry, folklore, music and performance — a night for old tales, new voices and the things that linger between the worlds.
You are purchasing tickets for our evening event at Distant Hills Brewery Only.
This special gathering will take place in the new Teepee tent at Distant Hills Brewery, Old Glossop.
What To Expect
Our immersive event begins at Distant Hills Brewery where you will be part of a torch lit 'Masked Walk' through the garden accompanied by local drumming group 'Sound & Spirit Glossop Pagan Circle'. We would love audience members to get into to spirit of the evening by wearing your own Samhain Mask!
Once inside you will begin a journey unlike any you've been on before with a curated evening of performance featuring Arkane Collective Artists and their individual take on the interwoven folklore of Glossop and Samhain.
The first part of the evening will be performances and the second part will be music and merry making.
Accessibility
If you have access requirements, please contact [email protected] and we’ll do our best to make the evening accessible to you. We are an inclusive event and everyone is wecome.
Workshops (individually ticketed) & Art Exhibition (free) are being held at The Old Glossop Scout Hut over the weekend. For more information check our instagram page @arkane.collective or email [email protected]
Children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult.
The nights draw in,
The veil grows thin,
The spirits call,
Come one, come all!
