The Saltmarsh Ultra is a coastal ultramarathon along the Essex Saltmarsh coastline. Whilst the coast line itself is much longer, this years event is 50 miles long starting at South Woodham Rugby Club and finishing in Maldon Promenade Park.The route will be marked by coastal path footpath finger posts also but you will have the opportunity to use the written instructions or a GPX file that will be available for download via the event website nearer the time.
This event is a fully supported Ultramarathon, with aid stations and checkpoints at regular intervals.
