Surrounded by the warm, grounding glow of Himalayan salt, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative 60-minute sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The vibrations of sound combined with the peaceful salt-room environment create a beautiful sensory experience designed to invite stillness, relaxation, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Himalayan salt rooms are often used as part of wellness practices to create a calming environment and support a sense of easier breathing and relaxation. Combined with sound meditation, this experience offers you space to step away from the noise of everyday life and simply breathe, reset, and reconnect.
