Salt & Stillness is my weekly soundbath at Inlet Beach, open to locals and visitors alike.
Come lie down on the sand while the Gulf does half the work. I'll guide you through an hour of sound from crystal singing bowls, chimes and other layered tones with the water moving underneath it all.
No movement or experience required. You'll have a towel and an eye mask waiting to help you settle in.
Come to find stillness. Leave carrying it with you.
