About this Event
WESLEY CHAPEL, the dance floor feels different when you walk onto it ready.
On Saturday, November 21, world class Salsa instructor Jenny Marie of Dance Therapy To Go is teaching two workshops in the Royal Palm Ballroom at Saddlebrook Resort. Take one, or make an afternoon of both.
LADIES STYLING WORKSHOP
Saturday, November 21 • 3 PM to 5 PM • $45
Two hours just for the ladies. No stiff routines. Jenny teaches real body isolations, graceful arm styling and the technique behind smoother spins, so you get back into your body, find your natural rhythm and feel confident the second you step onto a dance floor. Come with your friends or come on your own. All levels welcome.
LEAD & FOLLOW SALSA WORKSHOP
Saturday, November 21 • 6 PM to 7 PM • $25 per person
One focused hour on what actually makes social dancing feel good: clean lead and follow connection, solid weight transfers, timing, and real Caribbean and New York style social technique. No complicated patterns you'll forget by Monday. Singles and couples welcome, all levels. Couples, buy one ticket per person.
WHO YOU'RE LEARNING FROM
Jenny Marie is a world class Salsa instructor and the founder of Dance Therapy To Go. Her approach is simple: dancing should feel good in your body, not like memorizing steps. Students leave with technique they can use the same night.
