Is this class for you?
To join, you’ll need to have completed at least a basic salsa course and have some experience dancing beyond it. You should feel comfortable with basic salsa steps, timing and partner turns.
Whether you’ve learned with us or elsewhere, you’re welcome to join the circle. Unsure about your level? Get in touch and we’ll help you work out whether it’s a good fit.
What we’ll work on
-Building on familiar Rueda figures, including Setentas, Enchuflas and Sombreros
-Clear leading and following, with smoother transitions
-Timing, partner changes and keeping the circle flowing
-Confidence putting moves together to music
We’ll explain and practise the moves clearly, with plenty of dancing along the way. Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where questions are welcome and mistakes are a normal part of learning.
No partner needed—come on your own or with a friend. -
Bring comfortable clothes, shoes you can turn in and water.
