Szeretnéd, hogy mozdulataid nőiesebbek, harmonikusabbak és tudatosabbak legyenek a táncparketten?Az ünnepek előtti időszakban négy tematikus Lady Style workshopra várlak, ahol a nőies mozgás, a technikai tudatosság és a kifinomult mozdulatok kerülnek a középpontba.
Ezeken az alkalmakon egy-egy konkrét mozgástechnikai terület tudatos fejlesztésére koncentrálunk, majd a tanultakat beépítjük egy rövid koreográfiába.
Mind a négy alkalom önálló tematikával rendelkezik, így külön-külön is látogathatók. Ha pedig mindegyik területen szeretnél fejlődni, kedvezményes csomagban is jelentkezhetsz. A workshopokon való részvételhez legalább 6 hónap kubai salsa tánctudás szükséges.
✨ A négy workshop témája
**1. Karvezetés – Arm Styling**
November 6. | 17:30–19:00
Ezen az alkalmon a tudatos kéztartásokkal, a karvezetés technikájával és a felsőtest, illetve vállak mozgásával, valamint ezek összehangolásával foglalkozunk.
**2. Lábtechnika - Footwork **
November 13. | 18:00–19:30
A magabiztos tánc egyik alapja a pontos és tudatos lábmunka. Fejlesztjük a ritmusérzéket, a lépések kivitelezését és a lábmozgás koordinációját, hogy még változatosabban és felszabadultabban táncolhass.
**3. Forgástechnika - Turning Technique**
November 27. | 18:00–19:30
Szeretnéd, hogy a forgásaid biztosabbak, kontrolláltabbak és harmonikusabbak legyenek? Ezen a workshopon a forgások technikai alapjaira, az egyensúlyra, a testtartásra és a mozgáskoordinációra helyezzük a hangsúlyt.
**4. Styling Secrets – Díszítések a kubai salsa páros táncban**
December 11. | 18:00–19:30
Hogyan teheted egyedibbé és kifejezőbbé a páros táncodat? Megismerkedünk olyan díszítésekkel és mozgáselemekkel, amelyekkel színesítheted a táncodat, miközben a kapcsolódás és zeneiség is megmarad.
🎄 Készülj az ünnepi salsa bulikra!
A workshopokon megszerzett tudást a táncos esteken is kamatoztathatod. A cél, hogy ne csupán új mozdulatokat tanulj, hanem egyre tudatosabban, magabiztosabban és szabadabban táncolj.

# ENGLISH
Would you like your movements to become more feminine, fluid, and intentional on the dance floor?
Close to the the holiday season, I invite you to join four themed Lady Style workshops focusing on feminine movement, technical awareness, and refined styling.
**A minimum of 6 months of Cuban salsa experience is required to participate.**
In each workshop, we’ll focus on developing a specific technical aspect of movement and then put what we’ve learned into practice in a short choreography.
Each workshop has its own distinct theme, so you can attend individual sessions. If you’d like to develop your skills in all four areas, you can also sign up for the complete series at a discounted package price.
✨ The Four Workshop Themes
**1. Arm Styling**
November 6 | 17:30–19:00
In this session, we’ll focus on conscious hand positioning, arm styling techniques, upper-body and shoulder movements, and how to coordinate them smoothly.
**2. Footwork Technique**
November 13 | 18:00–19:30
Precise and intentional footwork is one of the foundations of confident dancing. We’ll work on rhythm, step execution, and footwork coordination to help you dance with greater variety, confidence, and freedom.
**3. Turning Technique**
November 27 | 18:00–19:30
Would you like your turns to feel more secure, controlled, and fluid? In this workshop, we’ll focus on the technical foundations of turning, balance, posture, and body coordination.
**4. Styling Secrets – Styling in Cuban Salsa Partner Dancing**
December 11 | 18:00–19:30
How can you make your partner dancing more personal and expressive? We’ll explore styling elements and movements that add variety and character to your dancing while keeping you connected to the music.
🎄 Get Ready for the XMAS Salsa Parties!
You’ll be able to put your newly developed skills into practice at social dance events, too. The goal is not just to learn new movements, but to dance with greater awareness, confidence, and freedom.

Payment and Booking
Your place is secured by paying the participation fee in advance via bank transfer.
Your registration will be confirmed once both the registration form and payment have been received. Payment details will be sent to you by email with your registration confirmation.
If you’re unable to attend a particular session, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a future workshop instead.
