The Sail with The Goddess Bijaya Dashami Immersion Cruise 2026 is conducted on a pre-booking basis. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
The food menu is subject to the availability of seasonal ingredients and supplies. Trek Break and More reserves the right to substitute or modify any dish without prior notice while maintaining the overall dining experience.
Certain dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, mustard, eggs, shellfish, and seafood. Guests with food allergies are requested to inform the organizers at the time of booking.
Please carry your essentials, such as sunglasses, a hat, an umbrella, and a water bottle.
Seating inside the cruise vessel and open viewing decks is on a free seating basis unless otherwise announced by the organizer. Seat preferences cannot be guaranteed.
Children below 3 years of age may accompany their parents or guardians free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat or require separate meal arrangements. Parents must closely supervise children on open decks.
Guests must report at the designated jetty boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. The vessel will cast off sharp on schedule, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the ship departs.

No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
Force Majeure: Cruise routes, timings, and navigation areas can be shortened, modified, or cancelled due to weather, river tides, water safety regulations, or authorities' instructions. This depends on the organizers' policy and may change without prior notice.
Security procedures, including frisking and baggage search, remain the right of the management.
No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices, bottles, or flammables, will be allowed on board the vessel.
The organizers are not responsible for any injury, motion sickness, or damage occurring due to the event or vessel movement.
People in an inebriated state will strictly not be allowed entry.
Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
Jetty, Port Trust, and Vessel rules apply.
Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.
Unlawful resale or attempted unlawful resale of a ticket will lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or compensation.

Photographs and videos captured during the event may be used by Trek Break and More for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material must inform the organizer before the commencement of the cruise.
Guests are requested to maintain safety and decorum on board the vessel. Any misconduct or failure to follow crew instructions may result in eviction without refund.
Trek Break and More shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings during the cruise.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in the river cruise. Any medical condition requiring special attention should be disclosed to the organizers before the event.
Vessel movement and immersion viewing locations are subject to clearance from the River Police, Port Trust, and local marine authorities. Trek Break and More shall not be liable for restricted river zones or changes imposed by authorities.

Entry is permitted only through designated jetty entrances.
The venue does not allow food, beverages, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matchboxes, flammable items, or any illegal or hazardous substances inside the venue or seating area ("Prohibited Items"). Security personnel will search ticket holders belongings at entry. If a ticket holder refuses a search and or is found in possession of Prohibited Items, the organizer may deny entry without any refund or compensation.
This is a drug free event. If any ticket holder uses, possesses, procures, supplies, or consumes drugs, narcotics, or psychotropic substances (as defined under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985), the organizer will immediately evict them from the venue without refund or compensation. The organizer also reserves the right to initiate legal action as permitted under applicable law.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, behaves dangerously or inappropriately, or engages in conduct likely to cause harassment, damage, injury, or nuisance. The organizer's decision in this regard shall be final.
The use of audio or video recording equipment, including still cameras, is subject to permission from the organizer and hosts.
The organizer issues this ticket in accordance with the rules and regulations of the event organizer and vessel management.
The organizer does not accept responsibility for any injury to persons or for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
The organizer and venue are not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized copies or reproductions of this ticket. Except as stated herein, the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or returned once purchased.
If the organizer cancels the event, the organizer will refund the ticket fee. All other charges, including internet handling fees and order processing fees, remain non-refundable.
The ticket is invalid if the security features affixed to it are tampered with.
You voluntarily assume all risks related to contracting communicable diseases or illnesses, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, and waive all claims against the organizer arising from such risks.
The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

All disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
