🏒🇺🇸 **GEARS GIVE BACK: VETERAN FOOD DRIVE!**This season of thankfulness, our 2019 Saginaw Jr. Gears are giving back to those who have given so much for us!
Throughout November, we're collecting donations for the VA's Emergency Food Bag Program, helping ensure no local veteran goes hungry.
**OUR GOAL: 219 ITEMS!**
We're the 2019 Gears, so we're challenging our team and community to collect 219 items for our local veterans!
**HOW TO DONATE:**
Bring your donations to our home games at Saginaw Bay Ice Arena:
- Saturday, November 7th @ 3:30 PM vs 2019 Metro Jr. Jets
- Friday, November 20th @ 6:30 PM vs 2019 Great Lakes Steel
Can't make it to a game or forget your donation? No problem! Simply get your items to any 2019 Jr. Gears player throughout November.
Check out the attached list of preferred donations from the VA.
We're proud to teach our young players that being part of a team means more than what happens on the ice. It's about showing up for others and making a difference in our community. 🧡💙🏒
