🌿SAGE TEA CEREMONY & SOUND HEALING with Karina
Sage: Wisdom, Cleansing & Renewal
Spend an evening slowing down and discovering sage, an herb that has carried associations with wisdom, cleansing, protection, and renewal across cultures and generations.
Experience sage through the senses while exploring the stories, traditions, and symbolism connected to this remarkable plant. Then move into a guided meditation inspired by the essence of sage, flowing into the sounds of crystal singing bowls and creating space to release what feels heavy, reflect, and welcome a sense of renewal.
Wisdom of Herbs
This gathering is part of Wisdom of Herbs, a monthly botanical series where each month we discover one herb through sensory experience, history and symbolism, guided meditation, and sound.
Coming up:
December — Peppermint: Clarity, Energy & Winter Traditions
