About this Event
Church of England Foundation safeguarding training is a module that provides a deeper understanding of safeguarding practice and is required for volunteers, paid staff, PCC members, and those working with children or vulnerable adults
The course is an interactive session involving group work and discussion
Safeguarding is a very emotive subject. If you feel you may have difficulty participating due to your own life experience or are concerned about access requirements please get in touch with the safeguarding team. We can discuss your individual needs with you or someone else on your behalf and can then work towards a way of achieving the required training in a safe and supportive way
Please note that the session will begin at 10.00am with refreshments available beforehand from 9.45am.
