Aimed at - Managers, Leaders, Owners, Committees and DSLs
This training will support leaders to:
- Develop and embed a strong safeguarding culture
- Understand leadership responsibilities for safeguarding
- Strengthen quality assurance and governance arrangements
- Promote professional challenge and accountability
- Reflect on lessons learned from safeguarding reviews and incidents.
