TERMS & CONDITIONS :
- Entry is strictly subject to a valid ticket/pass and applicable event verification at the venue.
- All-White Dress Code is mandatory. No entry will be permitted without the prescribed White Dress Code. The final decision regarding dress-code compliance will rest with the event management team.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, unless otherwise announced by the organizers.
- Each ticket/pass is valid only for the date and event specified and cannot be used for any other event.
- Single Male / Single Female: ₹3,000 per person.
- Couple Entry: ₹5,000 for two persons.
- VIP Lounge: ₹30,000 for 5 couples (10 guests). VIP Lounge pricing includes seating only; food and beverages are not included unless specifically mentioned.
- Children/infants, if permitted, will be subject to the age policy and ticketing rules announced by the organizers.
- Guests must carry a valid ticket/pass and a valid photo ID for verification, wherever required.
- Outside food, beverages, alcohol, weapons, and prohibited items will not be permitted inside the venue.
- The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue/event rules.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
- Photography and videography may take place during the event. By entering the venue, guests acknowledge that their photographs/videos may be used for event promotion, marketing and social media.
- Event timings, artists, performances, décor, food counters, stalls and other program elements are subject to change without prior notice.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, government restrictions, weather conditions, venue-related issues or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the event schedule may be modified, postponed or cancelled as deemed necessary.
- No refund or compensation will be applicable for late arrival, voluntary exit, non-attendance, or failure to comply with the dress code/event rules.
- Food, beverages, shopping and third-party brand services are subject to their respective availability and applicable charges.
- The event management team and venue management reserve the right to implement additional security and safety procedures whenever required.
- By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all instructions issued by the organizers and venue management.
