Helping a loved one move safely can be one of the more challenging parts of caregiving. Whether you're assisting a parent, spouse, or another loved one with mobility, learning safe transfer techniques can help you feel more confident while protecting both you and the person you care for.
Join us for a Safe Transfers Class, taught by a physical therapist and sponsored by Stillwater at Home! This educational session is designed to help caregivers learn about safely assisting loved ones with everyday movements and transfers.
Whether you're a family caregiver, supporting an aging loved one, or helping someone navigate mobility challenges, this is an opportunity to learn, ask questions, and gain practical knowledge you can take home.
