Come move with us!! Safe Space is all about creating a place where you can move your body, try something new, meet new people + just have FUN doing it.
We’ll kick things off with a 45-minute bodyweight mat sculpt + flow — think good music, lots of movement, a little burn 🔥 and plenty of options to make it your own. No experience needed and absolutely no pressure to be perfect.
After class, stick around! We’ll have local vendors to shop, little goodies, time to hang out, take pictures + connect with the people around you.
Whether you come with your best friend or show up completely solo, you have a space here. 🤍
