Wellbeing can be a protective space, yet also the more comfortable participants are, the more their story leaks out - are you prepared for this? This accredited course will enable you to feel more confident supporting your clients/attendees when big feelings and past traumas arise. We recognised this as a gap in many wellbeing practitioner trainings and something practitioners have told us they feel nervous about when hosting groups.
Our background in mental health; suicide awareness and groupwork led to people consulting us on how to have difficult conversations around boundaries; group interactions and especially around people unravelling and needing psychological safety. This course keeps everyone safe, your group and you.
At Shine Coaching, our team combines qualifications and experience in Coaching, ASIST, NLP Master Practitioners, Adult Education and Mediation. We have partnered with Guided by Nature, an experienced Eco Therapist, to combine our expertise and wide experience. Together, we developed and deliver this unique training, accredited by the Association for Accredited Learning, which you can use for CPD.
