This gentle, restorative ceremony invites you to work with the wisdom of the water element — to release what you’ve been holding, soften emotional tension, and return to inner flow.
Rather than pushing feelings away, we’ll create a safe space to move them through.
During this experience you will:
? Learn how the water element supports emotional regulation & release
? Experience a guided cord-release meditation
? Create a personal ritual bath blend or intention water vial
? Receive sound or tuning fork vibrational clearing
? Participate in a letting-go ceremony
This ceremony is deeply calming and regulating for the nervous system. Expect emotional relief, clarity, and a sense of spaciousness inside — like exhaling after holding your breath too long.
