Reconnect with water as one of nature’s most essential gifts in this immersive workshop blending science, mindfulness, creativity, and community. Facilitated by Evi Spiliotopoulos—Registered Holistic Nutritionist (CSNN), Certified Reflexologist, Hatha Yoga Teacher, and experienced wellness practitioner—this gathering explores hydration, vitality, and our relationship with water through the lens of holistic wellness, personal experience, and emerging research. Participants will be introduced to what is commonly known as electrolyzed reduced water (ERW), ionized water, or molecular hydrogen-rich water, while exploring the topic with curiosity and an open mind. Inspired by the work and ideas of Dr. Masaru Emoto surrounding words, intention, and our relationship with water, each participant will personalize a one-gallon glass vessel filled with molecular hydrogen-rich Sacred Water with uplifting words and affirmations - theirs to take home. Designed as an educational and experiential gathering, Sacred Water offers a welcoming space to ask questions, discover new perspectives, and become more intentional about the water we drink every day.*The water is produced by a medical-grade water ionizer manufactured in-house in Japan by a company with more than 52 years of experience in water ionization technology globally.
