A deeply immersive sound experience to soften your body, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with yourself.
In this restorative session, Sabrina Alicea guides you through a powerful journey of vibration and resonance using gongs, multiple healing instruments, and her signature metal Tibetan bowls Which are intuitively placed on your body. The experience feels grounding yet expansive , as if your entire system is being gently reminded how to open, soften, and reset. (With participants concent).
This sound bath centers on relaxation, energetic clearing, and inner renewal. No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the vibrations to do what words often cannot.
