No two Sacred Unfolding experiences are ever the same.
Each month, Shelley Cormier thoughtfully curates a unique experience inspired by the season, the energy of the moment, and whatever is calling to be explored. The theme remains a surprise until you arrive, inviting you to release expectations, embrace curiosity, and trust the unfolding.
A Sacred Unfolding experience may include guided meditation, restorative rest, sound healing, gentle movement, journal reflections, oracle readings, meaningful conversation, tea rituals, creative expression, sacred ceremonies, seasonal rituals, guest facilitators, or immersive workshops. Every experience is intentionally different, yet each one is designed with the same purpose—to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover exactly what you need in that moment.
Whether you come seeking stillness, inspiration, connection, or simply an evening to breathe, you'll be welcomed into a safe, heart-led space where you can show up exactly as you are.
Sacred Unfolding welcomes all adults, all fitness levels, and every stage of life. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to be present and embrace whatever unfolds.

Arrival:
We will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., and the doors will be locked once the session begins. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in. Refunds or credits will not be provided for late arrivals.
