Sacred Tea House is a monthly ceremonial tea gathering held inside the sanctuary of Temple Mother Earth.

Together, we reclaim tea as ceremony through the ancient rhythm of sitting, slowing, receiving, and sharing. Guests are guided through a grounded flow of arrival, breath, silence, intentional tea service, optional reflection, and community connection.

This experience is designed to support rest, emotional presence, inner listening, and sacred community. It is not a performance, not a class, and not something you have to do perfectly. It is a gentle space to arrive as you are and let the ritual of tea bring you back to yourself.

Enter & Arrive

As you enter the temple, you are invited to leave the outer world at the door. This first part of the gathering is about slowing your pace, softening your body, and arriving with intention. You will be welcomed into sacred space and given time to settle.

Sit & Still

Through guided silence, breath, and presence, you will be invited to gently quiet the mind and deepen into the body. This is a moment to pause, listen inward, and allow your system to settle from the noise of the day.

Pour & Receive

Tea is poured in ceremonial rounds. Each cup is treated as an offering. You are invited to receive slowly, with gratitude, awareness, and reverence for the medicine of presence, warmth, and intentional gathering.

Speak & Share

Guests will be invited into an optional sharing circle. There is no pressure to speak. This space is for reflection, witnessing, and community connection. What arose for you? What softened? What became clearer when you allowed yourself to slow down?

Integrate & Close

The experience closes with grounding, reflection, and a gentle return. You will leave with space to carry the stillness, insight, and nourishment of the gathering back into your life.
