🍵 Sacred Tea Ceremony + Sound Bath

This ceremony is an open invitation to slow down and fully arrive in the present moment. Whether you are seeking clarity, renewal, deeper connection, or simply a peaceful space away from the noise of everyday life, you are welcome here.
Together, we gather to honor the fullness of the season — a time of expansion, gratitude, and embodied presence.
The Experience
Doors open at 6:30 PM. Please arrive early to settle in.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
After a brief introduction, we will enter a non-verbal ceremonial space for approximately 90 minutes, allowing the mind to quiet and the senses to awaken. In silence, we deepen our awareness, listening inward while gentle, ambient music supports the journey. Tea is medicine.
We will share several rounds of organic, ceremonial-grade Pu-erh tea. Sourced from ancient, seed-grown trees in Southeast Asia, this tea carries grounding earth energy while its natural caffeine promotes calm alertness — an ideal companion for meditation and reflection.
Sound Bath
Following tea meditation, we will transition into a 30-minute crystal sound bath. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls help circulate the tea’s energy through the body, encouraging release, balance, and energetic renewal.
Ritual & Intention
A gentle infusion is available to add to your tea for those who wish to deepen introspection and enhance connection with inner awareness.
The Transition:
After the silent portion concludes, the circle will gently reopen. Participants are welcome — but never required — to share reflections, insights, or feelings that arose during the ceremony. Speaking your experience can be deeply grounding and supportive.
Details & Comfort
Seating:
We sit on floor cushions during tea to remain grounded. If you require a chair for comfort, please message me ahead of time so I can prepare your space.
Sound Bath:
We will lie down for the sound bath. Mats will be provided; feel free to bring blankets, pillows, or anything that helps you feel cozy and supported.
The Altar:
At the heart of our circle will be a living altar honoring the energy of Summer — light, abundance, and vitality — serving as a visual reminder of the fullness we are celebrating.
