About this Event
Sound has the power to regulate the nervous system, shift brainwaves, and awaken deep presence. In this 20-hour YACEP-certified immersion, you’ll learn to skillfully play the gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and your own voice to guide others into restorative states of awareness.
Through experiential learning, you’ll explore how vibration, rhythm, and silence can restore balance and connection — blending ancient sound traditions with modern science and trauma-sensitive facilitation.
Designed for yoga teachers and wellness professionals, this training offers hands-on practice, guided sound journeys, and opportunities to facilitate with peers. All instruments are provided, and participants are warmly encouraged to bring their own instruments to explore and integrate their unique sound.
