Our class begins with a seated meditation to prepare your body for a soothing sound bath. You’ll then lie down in a restorative pose on a yoga mat for a guided hypnotherapy meditation that works through your subconscious mind, promoting deep relaxation and healing.
As you relax, you’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of Tibetan and quartz crystal singing bowls, along with chimes, rattles, and an ocean drum. These elements combine to clear, balance, and harmonize your body, mind, and soul, fostering a profound sense of tranquility and calmness.
