Through gentle guided meditation and the healing vibrations of sound, we'll create space to notice what feels heavy, what has served its purpose, and what we may be ready to lay down.
Let this be your time to simply be still, breathe, and release without forcing or fixing anything.
All sound baths are unique and one-of-a-kind experiences. Never two of the same. Shelley's sound baths are intuitive, and Spirit-guided to meet all individuals in attendance at the level they require. Bring a journal, mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. Feel free to bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the sound bath.
