Please join me for a unique evening of sound and healing at my monthly Sacred Soundbath Experience.
This journey is a chance for you to unwind and connect with your inner self. You wlll be taken on a journey of different sounds to Relax Restore Rejuvenate and to feel at peace.
The vibations and range of sounds will allow the energy within you to shift from an active state into a deeper relaxed state, it calms the nervous system and leaves you peaceful lifting your spirit.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Crystal singing bowls providing different frequency healing and harmonic sound layers
- A range of different sound energies coming from koshi wind chimes, rainsticks, indian drums, tibetian cymbals and othe sound instruments.
- A deep gentle guided meditation, this month we will be adding reiki healing
- Space for deep rest, nervous system reset and inner clarity
At the end of the Soundbath we gather together for a warming cup of herbal tea, dates and a slice of homemade cake.
I strive to ensure that everyone can access this peaceful and restorative sound experience.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME
This Sound bath Experience is open to to anyone above the age of 18, all genders and backgrounds, no prior experience is required, come along with a open mind and the need to experience some unique healing.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING (apart from your deserving self)
- A yoga mat
- Pillow or cushion
- Warm blanket (Blankets are provided if required)
- Warm socks
- Eye mask (Provided new if required)
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This Soundbath Experience is not suitable for people with pacemakers, first trimester of pregnancy, artifical heart valves, some metal implants, epilesy and severe mental health issues it may improve or worsen the condition of tinnitus.
Please consult a qualified health care profesional before attending if you have any medical concerns.
