Sacred Sound & Soul Art is an immersive adventure combining frequency alignment with an intuitive painting experience.Frequency is a powerful tool for healing and will also assist the body and mind to reset into alignment. With alignment comes the natural flow of creativity and expression. This journey will walk you into a deeper connection with your inner self, and open the pathways for soul's expression to move through you with ease.
Stepping in the doors you are greeted with soothing refreshment to help settle you in. Gathering in the sound studio, you will be seated around the room and remain in lotus or chair sit for the 30 minute induction. As the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, and water waves continue to vibrate through the room, you will be ushered to the tables and be seated with your canvas, easel, and paints. Here you will allow whatever visions have been dancing in your mind's eye, to creatively express across the canvas.
This is an intuitive journey that does not require any painting skills, knowledge, or mastery. You may feel led to paint vibrant colors across the page like water waves. You may paint a scene of trees and landscaped hills. You may paint in neutrals and write words across the canvas. There are no requirements, there are no expectations, only openness to creative vision.
NOTE: Floor seats during induction are approximately 6 inches in height and some will be lined against the wall with a pillow for your back. For anyone that cannot get that close to the floor a folding chair and pillow will be available.
