Join us for a deeply restorative evening of sound, Reiki, and energetic clearing in a calm and supportive space.
This unique session combines the immersive vibrations of a sound bath with energy work, offering a deeper level of relaxation and energetic reset.
What to expect
You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through guided meditation and sound, while receiving gentle Reiki and intuitive energy clearing from experienced practitioners.
This supported session allows you to:
– Release stress and emotional tension
– Clear stagnant or heavy energy
– Restore balance and inner calm
– Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and aligned

Please bring water, a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.

Aftercare: Sound Baths with healing energy are very effective at helping you release whatever no longer serves you. You need to drink plenty of pure water following your sound bath to flush through any toxins released.
Please note that Sound Baths are not recommended for people with the following conditions. However, get in touch with Lisa to discuss your situation, as she maybe able to help with 121 hypnotherapy and healing or breath work sessions:-
- with any risk of seizure such as epilepsy
- during the first trimester of pregnancy
- experiencing heart issues - there is a possibility that gong vibrations may interfere with pace makers
- severe mental health issues
