Join us in the beautiful Shaktiva Yurt for a deeply relaxing evening of Qi Gong, meditation, cosmic sound healing, Reiki, and head massageThe evening will begin with gentle grounding movement and meditation with Sophie, before settling into an immersive sound healing journey using gong, singing bowls, chimes and healing frequencies designed to guide the body into deep rest and relaxation
Throughout the session, Sami will offer individual Reiki healing and calming head massage using
gentle acupressure techniques to help release stress and tension from the body and mind
We close the evening softly with herbal tea and sweet treats together ✨💚Tuesday 27th October
