About this Event
Monday doesn’t have to be the start of another week of running on empty.
Sacred Rest & Sound Healing at Her Jewel & Her Crown Wellness is a small-group experience designed to help you step out of doing, slow down, and receive.
Each session includes intentional rest practices, a brief opening prayer of gratitude, and a full sound experience using Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and other instruments in a calm, supportive studio environment.
No previous sound healing experience is needed.
Everything you need is provided, including mats, blankets, eye masks, water, herbal tea, and light grounding support.
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Give yourself one hour where you do not have to manage, produce, or take care of anyone else.
Sacred Rest. Practiced Out Loud.
