Join us for an immersive 90-minute journey into sound, stillness and subtle energy, created in collaboration with Adrian from Sacred Space.
Adrian is a sound bath practitioner dedicated to creating sacred safe spaces where others can reconnect with themselves through stillness, presence, and the transformative power of sound, using Tibetan sound journeys alonside mantra, prayer and meditation, he offers experiences that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. With a grounded and compassionate approach, Adrian invites each person to slow down, restore, and rediscover the peace and wisdom that already exist within.
Rooted in ancient practices, we weave together Tibetan mantra, meditation, cosmic gong and energy healing, inviting you to ground, receive and reset.
As the journey comes to a close, you are invited to gather in stillness for an Ayurvedic tea with handcrafted, nourishing bites to integrate, nourish and gently return.

No prior experience is needed.
- Please arrive 10 minutes earlier as we unfortunately cannot accommodate late arrivals.
- Hydrate well before you arrive. Sound travels four times faster through water since our bodies are largely water. Let the frequencies find you fully.
