Reconnect with your breath, body, and inner stillness during this special 90-minute experience blending Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and sacred sound.
We’ll begin with traditional Kundalini tuning-in mantras, followed by guided breathwork and a kriya—a structured sequence of movement, breath, and focused awareness.
Then settle into an extended savasana accompanied by chakra singing bowls, a Nirvana bowl, tingsha, and bell. Enjoy spacious time to rest, listen, and soften before we complete our practice with meditation and close with Sat Nam.
✨ All experience levels welcome. Options will be offered throughout, and you’re welcome to modify movements or rest at any time.
What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable layers, and any pillows or blankets that help you feel supported during relaxation.
Investment: $35, with sliding-scale options of $25 or $30.
