Each week, Danyela Santos will guide you through a soulful journey of intention, Kundalini-inspired breathwork, and sound—a beautiful ritual to close your weekend and begin again.
We’ll begin by setting an intention, reflecting on what you’re ready to release and what you wish to welcome into your life. Through activation breathing exercises, you’ll connect more deeply with your breath and invite fresh energy into your body. Move at your own pace and honor what feels right for you.
Then, settle onto your mat, cover your eyes, and surrender to the magic of a sound bath. ✨
A sound bath is a meditative experience in which you’re surrounded by layers of soothing sound as you rest. The vibrations invite you to slow down, quiet the mind, and sink into a deeper state of relaxation. There is nothing to accomplish and nowhere else to be—just a moment to listen, breathe, and receive.
