Sacred Pause: A Winter Solstice Yoga + Sound Bath Journey

As the longest night of the year invites us into stillness, we gather to honor the changing season, turn inward, and connect with the light.
About this Event

The Sacred Pause is an intimate, immersive experience designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit through movement, meditation, and healing sound. This special Winter Solstice gathering offers an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life, soften into the present moment, and create space for reflection, renewal, and intention as we welcome the returning light.

Our journey begins with a thoughtfully curated yoga practice blending elements of Kundalini and Restorative yoga. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditative awareness, we'll cultivate inner balance, release tension, and settle into a deeper state of presence, accompanied by a live sound bath woven throughout the practice.

The experience culminates in a collaborative sound journey with Justina Thorsen and Jessica Goldmuntz Stokes, bringing together the ethereal tones of the therapeutic harp and an array of sound healing instruments. Allow the layers of vibration, resonance, and melody to wash over you, inviting deep relaxation and a sense of harmony and connection.

Come as you are. Leave space for stillness. Reconnect with the light within.

An invitation to pause, restore, and welcome the light.
